Location Map		A quiet beach tucked away in Huruhi Bay, on the fringe of Oneroa village, Wild Bay is named after “Koao Creek”, the original spring running through the secluded valley into the bay. Discretely separated from the bustle of the village and tourist crowds, it is renowned for sheltered moorings, tranquil beach walks, fishing from the rocks and solitude. The experience of remoteness is combined with instant access to the many attractions of Waiheke Island and the wider Hauraki Gulf. Arrive at Wild Bay directly by boat on to the private beach from anchorages close to shore. Or a winding rural drive a few minutes from passenger and car ferries, through vineyards, farm land and bush from Church Bay Road, one of New Zealand’s most sought-after coastal life-style locations. Or helicopter from Auckland directly to adjacent vineyards and restaurants. Or a quiet and easy beach walk from Oneroa village.
Wild Bay Villa		Built in authentic traditional style with native timbers, this gracious home offers : *Downstairs:* Spacious kitchen with all modern facilities, ideal for entertaining guests, adjoining dining facilities for up to 12 guests and extensive lounge areas, all with sea views and garden views. The ground floor is surrounded by spacious sunny decks, with secluded seating areas and outdoor furniture. Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms as pictured, with full laundry facilities in separate wash-house. Upstairs : spacious master bedroom, adjoining or separate double bedroom separated by heavy double doors, a third double bedroom, single bedroom directly accessing the upstairs bathroom. Each room has separate access to spectacular verandah decks overlooking the orchards to Huruhi Bay and Oneroa. The upstairs bathroom is shared.
Transport		The gravel driveway down through native bush to the villa is steep in parts, and four-wheel-drive vehicles are essential, preferably light cars. The descent from the ridge, although by a wide and safe drive, must be made with extreme caution with awareness of oncoming vehicles. Please use only 4wd taxis. Suitable vehicles may be hired locally or brought over by car ferry, or our managers may assist. Sky TV, telephone, internet, DVD player, dishwasher, linen, washing machine, dryer, etc. All bedding, laundry and cooking facilities are included. Additional servicing may be possible by arrangement.
Facilities		The Villa is intended as a fully self-serviced holiday home for undisturbed use by private groups such as small wedding parties or corporate retreats, with its romantic ambiance and tranquil location. For larger groups, the associated Windmill House and Studio may also be available (see further pages).
