Spacious kitchen with all modern facilities, ideal for entertaining guests, adjoining dining facilities for up to 12 guests and extensive lounge areas, all with sea views and garden views.

The ground floor is surrounded by spacious sunny decks, with secluded seating areas and outdoor furniture.

Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms as pictured, with full laundry facilities in separate wash-house.

Upstairs :

• spacious master bedroom,
• adjoining or separate double bedroom separated by heavy double doors,
• a third double bedroom,
• single bedroom directly accessing the upstairs bathroom.

Each room has separate access to spectacular verandah decks overlooking the orchards to Huruhi Bay and Oneroa. The upstairs bathroom is shared.

Transport

The gravel driveway down through native bush to the villa is steep in parts, and four-wheel-drive vehicles are essential, preferably light cars. The descent from the ridge, although by a wide and safe drive, must be made with extreme caution with awareness of oncoming vehicles. Please use only 4wd taxis. Suitable vehicles may be hired locally or brought over by car ferry, or our managers may assist.

Sky TV, telephone, internet, DVD player, dishwasher, linen, washing machine, dryer, etc. All bedding, laundry and cooking facilities are included. Additional servicing may be possible by arrangement.
